Job summary

Idaho Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking a Ready Mix Truck Driver to operate CDL‑A equipped trucks in plant yards and on job sites. You will deliver concrete to commercial and residential areas, conduct pre/post‑trip inspections, and ensure load specs are met, while maintaining safety and DOT compliance.

This role requires a Tanker endorsement, Class A CDL, and a valid DOT medical card. High school diploma or GED preferred; 1–2 years of related experience is typical.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A is required.
• Tanker endorsement required.
• DOT compliance knowledge is expected.
• DOT Medical Card per DOT standards is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate ready mix trucks safely in the plant yard, on roads, and at job sites.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Verify mix specifications at loading and at the job site.
• Deliver concrete to designated areas and clean the truck after each delivery.
• Maintain DOT compliance and accurate electronic reporting.
