The Rasmussen Group is hiring CDL Ready-Mix Drivers to operate trucks, deliver materials to construction sites, and maintain safety and quality on the job. Des Moines, IA-based role requiring outdoor work and strong teamwork.

Base pay ranges from $25.50 to $29.25 per hour with weekly pay and benefits from day one, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus PTO and retirement savings.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B with air brakes required.
• Ability to lift, climb and work outdoors.
• Safety-focused and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ready-mix materials safely and on time.
• Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections and basic truck maintenance.
• Communicate with dispatch and follow safety regulations.
• Work at construction sites and plant locations.
