Job summary

Titan America Ready Mix is seeking energetic individuals for Ready Mix Driver roles in Fredericksburg, VA and surrounding areas. Competitive wages are offered with weekly pay, plus health, dental, vision, 401(k) and paid vacation/holidays.

Positions require a valid Class B CDL, a clean driving record, and flexibility for various shifts. Responsibilities include safe driving, on-time deliveries, vehicle inspections, and maintaining customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL required.
• Professional and courteous attitude toward co-workers, supervisors and customers.
• Ability to pass pre-employment checks including background check, DOT physical, drug screen and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate truck and deliver perishable product to customers while providing quality service.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with plant maintenance and other duties as assigned by supervisor when not driving.
• Communicate with dispatch to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Keep truck clean and complete required paperwork promptly.
