Job summary

Cemex US in Bradenton, FL is seeking a responsible Ready‑Mix Driver to safely operate the concrete mixer and deliver loads to commercial and residential sites. This role involves navigating varied conditions and may require handling extension chutes weighing up to fifty pounds.

You will adhere to safety and regulatory requirements, coordinate with dispatch for timely deliveries, perform basic truck maintenance, and provide professional service to customers while representing the company.

Qualifications

Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL A or B) and high school diploma preferred.
Driver must qualify as not prohibited in FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
Proficient in English; CSA and MVR record acceptable; no DUI/DWI in the last 5 years and no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.
Strong safety protocols knowledge; good communication; ability to follow supervisor guidance.
Knowledge of traffic routes and basic maintenance skills for truck upkeep (desirable).

Responsibilities

Customer Service: Provide outstanding service, maintaining a professional image for the company.
Team Coordination: Work closely with dispatch and other team members for efficient operations.
