BURNCO Rock Products Ltd is hiring CDL Drivers to join the Ready-Mix team in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This full-time, field-based role offers weekly pay, safety bonuses, and a strong benefits package. Home nights and a stable schedule are highlighted as benefits.

The job requires operating ready-mix trucks, performing routine maintenance, and adhering to safety and regulatory standards while supporting multiple sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (Class A or B).
• Minimum 1 year of general commercial driving or ready-mix driving experience.
• Pass MVR, background check, drug and alcohol testing, and physical assessment.
• Able to sit, stand, walk, type and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work irregular hours, including Saturdays.
• Flexibility to support other BURNCO plants as required.
• Strong commitment to safety, customer service, teamwork and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Operate a ready-mix truck safely in urban and rural settings.
• Complete routine equipment maintenance and report issues.
• Maintain clean, organized, hazard-free plant areas.
• Work safely in compliance with safety protocols.
• Maintain compliance with DOT, BURNCO and regulatory requirements.
