Job summary

TexasBit, a CRH company, is seeking a Ready Mix Driver to deliver concrete to construction sites and company facilities. You will operate ready mix trucks, follow DOT guidelines, and work under supervision in both industrial and residential areas.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, valid CDL A or B, and about 3 years of driving experience with similar weight. Willingness to travel, pass DOT physicals, and maintain safety is required.

Qualifications

• Experience operating mixer trucks and related equipment.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math for records.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily pre/post trip inspections per DOT guidelines.
• Load and unload materials and ensure product quality.
• Monitor gauges and maintain vehicle logs.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures; follow dispatch instructions.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform minor maintenance as needed.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
