Cemstone Concrete Materials LLC in Estherville, IA seeks an experienced Ready-Mix Driver to deliver concrete to construction sites within a close radius. The role involves long days with overtime and weekend work, requiring safe operation and adherence to DOT regulations.

The driver will perform pre-trip inspections, assist with material handling, and maintain accurate paperwork and communication with dispatch. A valid CDL and ableto pass DOT screenings are required.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B license.
• Ability to pass Federal DOT drug screen and physical.
• Operate truck safely and in accordance with policy and laws.

Responsibilities

• Pre-trip inspection of ready-mix truck per DOT.
• Fill water tank and prepare for delivery.
• Load concrete and admixtures per ticket.
• Deliver to jobsite and maintain required slump.
• Maneuver truck on variable ground conditions.
• Observe safety around customer equipment.
• Add required ingredients at plant or jobsite.
• Deploy chute and discharge concrete per specs.
• Clean chutes and finalize paperwork after discharge.
• Record all paperwork and handle payments if needed.
• Wash truck and equipment after shift.
• Communicate with dispatch via radio and status system.
• Complete all end-of-shift paperwork and COD envelopes.
