King's Material Inc in Cedar Rapids, IA, is hiring a Regular full-time Ready-Mix Driver to deliver concrete to construction sites. You will operate a ready-mixed concrete truck, follow safety standards, and maintain professional relations with customers.

The role requires a CDL, clean driving record, ability to pass DOT medical exam, and ability to work outdoors in varying weather, Monday through Saturday during the season.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must have CDL license with good driving record.
• Must pass DOT medical examination and follow safety guidelines.
• Must have English reading and writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Safely loads and delivers ready-mixed concrete to job sites as dispatched.
• Operates concrete truck following safety standards and routes.
• Performs loading/unloading operations with the truck.
• Works outdoors Monday through Saturday during construction season.
• Performs regular maintenance and cleaning inside the drum.
• Follows dispatch instructions for mix, address, and conditions.
• Pre-trip inspections and truck cleaning; adheres to regulations.
