Job summary

Select Water Solutions’ CDL Driver is responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight. This position is responsible for building loads for deliveries and maintaining a safe, clean and well organized work environment; loading and unloading of oilfield equipment, and ensuring quality control and safe operations during all aspects of the operation.

Operating high-pressure pump to circulate wells, observing gauges and hand signals to monitor

Qualifications

• 1 year of CDL A driving experience.
• CDL A license.
• High School diploma/GED.
• Tanker and HazMat endorsement preferred.
• Meet all DOT safety requirements.
• Current DOT medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to read and interpret driving routes and safety rules.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• DOT pre-employment physical required.
• Ability to work night or weekend shifts.
• Detail oriented due to safety.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• CDL certification from driving school; 1 year driving experience (substitution possible).
• Experience in energy industry.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-pressure pump leveraging controls.
• Circulate wells and control down hole pressure.
• Monitor gauges, indicators and signals.
• Connect hoses and pipe joints to wellhead.
• Ensure proper loading and securing of truck.
• Follow safety procedures per job specifications.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and inspections.
• Keep accurate paperwork and records.
• Deliver on time while maintaining safety.
