Job summary

Hocon Gas is seeking a delivery driver in Waterbury, CT to load, transport, and unload propane products safely and in compliance with DOT and company standards.

You will work closely with dispatch and service teams, participate in on-call rotations, and maintain accurate vehicle inspections and paperwork. The role requires customer-facing professionalism and strong safety discipline to ensure reliable service.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• Willingness to work on-call and outside regular hours when required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and pull up to 125 lbs in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, transport, deliver, and unload propane products safely.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, DOT, and company safety requirements.
• Inspect vehicles and report maintenance or equipment needs promptly.
• Provide professional, courteous service at every customer location.
• Work collaboratively with service and dispatch teams to support operational goals.
• Participate in on-call rotations, including extended or after-hours work as needed.
