Job summary

River Valley Cooperative in Geneseo, IL is seeking a Professional CDL Driver to join our energy transportation team. You will deliver propane to customers across our trade area, with a home-every-night schedule and a focus on safety and first‑class service.

Requirements include a Class A CDL (Tankers/Hazmat preferred), a High School diploma or equivalent, and basic computer skills. You will load/unload, perform daily DOT inspections, and keep equipment clean and well‑maintained.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ag retail experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Class A CDL required. Tanker, Hazmat preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver propane at customer locations.
• Load and/or unload trucks when at destination.
• Ensure that the tractor and trailer is cleaned and maintained in a safe working manner.
• Accurately perform daily DOT inspections that includes tires, fuel, oil etc.
