Job summary

EXO Inc. is seeking a CDL Driver / Pole Replacement Technician in the United States. You will operate a heavy tractor-trailer rig, transport poles and equipment, and replace utility poles following safety guidelines.

The role requires strong driving records, attention to safety, and teamwork. You will work with cranes and hand tools to facilitate pole replacements, coordinate with electricians and supervisors, and maintain accurate documentation and compliance with FMCSA regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Experience in pole replacement, construction, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy tractor-trailer rig and transport equipment safely.
• Load/unload poles and equipment; secure cargo.
• Navigate routes and maintain driving records; ensure safety and compliance.
• Replace utility poles following safety procedures; collaborate with team.
