Job summary

UNS Energy Corporation seeks a Heavy Equipment and Transport Operator to load, secure, and transport materials safely using large equipment. You will perform crane operations and assist with pole hauling, digging, and demolition projects while maintaining strict safety and regulatory standards.

The role requires at least 5 years of heavy equipment experience, a Class A CDL within 60 days, and endorsements for tanker, HAZMAT, and doubles/triples within one year.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Must obtain and maintain Class A CDL within 60 days of hire.
• Must obtain and maintain tanker, HAZMAT, and doubles/triples endorsements within one year.
• Crane Certification of 75 tons or more within one year.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Load and secure loads on equipment.
• Operate and drive equipment up to 44,000 lbs/GVR with powerful engines.
• Perform pole hauling, removal, digging and crane operations.
• Support demolition and over-the-road transport tasks.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company practices.
