Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, seeks a Class A or B CDL Operator to join our safety-first team. You will supervise and execute vacuum, hydroblasting, and high-pressure pumping tasks at client sites, ensuring compliance with safety policies and project specifications.

Qualifications

• Vocational preparation including classroom safety training and on-the-job training.
• Language proficiency to comprehend safety training and respond to instructions in emergencies.
• Valid driver’s license, CDL Class A or B, and policy requirements for company-driven or personal vehicles.
• Smartphone required for Electronic Logging Device.
• TWIC may be required.
• Knowledge of emergency equipment such as fire extinguishers.
• Experience operating a vacuum truck.
• Knowledge of wet/dry vacuum equipment operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as safety representative for safety policies and procedures at client sites.
• Hands-on operation of vacuum and hydroblasting equipment.
• Operate high-pressure pumping equipment.
• Operate pumping and cleaning equipment on site.
• Inspect surfaces to ensure conformance to specs.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Handle liquid vacs, air machines and jet rodders.
• May direct a crew of vacuum technicians.
• Transport equipment and personnel to client locations.
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections and DOT compliance.
• Load and unload hoses.
• Unload vacuum truck at dump site.
• Provide general field maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
