Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania non-commercial Class C Driver's License or equivalent.
• Active Medical Examiner’s Certificate required by first day.
• Possession of an active Pennsylvania Class A or B Commercial Driver Learner's Permit at time of application.
• Ability to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks, loaders, and other roadway maintenance equipment as required.
• Maintain a valid CDL and complete training and certification for assigned equipment.
• Conduct flagging duties to help direct traffic during work activities.
• Use hand tools and motorized tools to complete tasks such as clearing culverts, cutting brush, and repairing barriers.
• Perform equipment adjustments, basic repairs, and daily inspections.
• Follow proper safety procedures and report injuries, hazards, and accidents promptly.
