Job summary

SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) is hiring Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential sites. With a Class A or Class B CDL, you’ll be the face of SRM at job sites, ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries and professional service to every customer.

We offer consistent local routes with no Sunday work and you will be home daily. Expect overtime after 8 hours, performance bonuses, annual raises, and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or Class B CDL with current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Strong customer service and teamwork orientation.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work in all weather.
• Willingness to complete SRM’s pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at job sites, representing SRM with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks for safety.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself and others.
• Maintain delivery and vehicle records and coordinate with dispatch for routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
