Job summary

TOPPAN Packaging Americas is seeking a Material Handler/CDL in Morristown, TN. This role supports shipping, receiving, warehouse, and production by moving raw materials and finished goods safely and efficiently.

You will stage materials, load/unload trucks, verify shipping docs, and maintain inventory accuracy while operating forklifts and related equipment. The position requires a valid CDL, forklift certification, and experience in warehouse or manufacturing settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid CDL and ability to maintain licensure.
• Certified or qualified to operate a forklift.
• Experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, material-handling, or manufacturing.
• Ability to review bills of lading, packing lists, and other shipping docs.
• Basic computer skills and logs/records management.
• Able to use a ruler and perform basic measurements.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload, stage, and move raw materials and finished goods.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Verify incoming/outgoing materials against bills of lading and packing lists.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organize warehouse according to needs.
• Inspect trucks and trailers before loading/unloading.
• Keep logs and records up to date and accurate.
• Support safety, GMP, and housekeeping standards.
• Work with production, shipping, receiving, and warehouse teams.
