Job summary

GROWMARK, Inc. in Orange, VA seeks a CDL Lubricants Delivery Driver to deliver lubricants safely and on time within a 3-hour radius. You will operate delivery vehicles, load and unload, perform inspections, and maintain accurate records while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–2+ years of delivery experience
• Able to obtain and maintain a CDL with Hazmat endorsement
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to safely operate a forklift
• Mechanical aptitude to install tank and dispensing equipment
• Mathematical skills to calculate discounts, percentages, proportions, and volume
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; proficient with business computer systems
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and to sit, stand, crawl, climb, and reach
• Willingness to work beyond normal hours and complete required training

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain delivery vehicles in compliance with DOT, company, and safety regulations
• Load, unload, and handle bulk and packaged lubricants with accuracy and inventory control
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections and promptly report maintenance needs
• Assist with tank fills, product transfers, equipment inspections, and customer maintenance programs
• Install lubricant tank and dispensing equipment on-site as needed
• Manage delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely service
• Complete delivery tickets, bills of lading, mileage logs, and other documentation accurately
• Provide excellent customer service, including oil testing support and prompt resolution of concerns
• Support business growth by generating prospects and introducing customers to our products and services
