Job summary

Central United Cooperative seeks a dedicated fuel delivery driver to transport refined fuels, lubricants, and related products to customers. You will design efficient routes, maintain regular delivery schedules, and ensure safe handling and storage procedures while keeping accurate logs and reports.

The role requires a clean driving record, CDL Class A preferred with haz-mat/tanker endorsements, and ability to work with customers and team members in a cooperative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma desired but not required.
• Valid commercial driver’s license (Class A, preferred) with haz-mat and tanker endorsements.
• Must be an insurable driver.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Pre-employment and random drug testing required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Delivers refined fuels, lubricants and related products to customers safely.
• Designs efficient routes to minimize cost per mile and uses technology to monitor routes.
• Maintains scheduled deliveries and serves customers on a regular schedule.
• Handles after-hours delivery requests and performs routine tank inspections.
• Maintains logs, truck inspections, and documentation for all vehicles.
