Job summary

Concrete Technologies, Inc. is seeking a skilled Lowboy Truck Driver to operate a truck and trailer for transportation of construction equipment and materials.

You will load equipment such as pavers, loaders, and other oversized loads, and deliver to various sites while ensuring safety and compliance with DOT regulations. The role requires independent scheduling, DOT-ready inspections, permit procurement, and adherence to CTI safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of Lowboy Hauling experience required.
• Class A CDL with air brakes endorsement (must maintain valid CDL).
• Valid state MVR.
• Must pass Federal DOT record check (FMCSA Clearinghouse).
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and adaptability to change.

Responsibilities

• Operates truck and trailer safely on highways, yards, and job sites to transport equipment and materials.
• Performs daily pre/post-trip inspections and documents per DOT guidelines.
• Obtains permits in a timely manner through applicable agencies.
• Loads and unloads equipment or materials; attaches/removes trailers as needed.
• Keeps accurate logs and completes required billing paperwork.
• Maintains vehicle cleanliness and adheres to safety protocols per CTI policies.
