Job summary

Blythe Construction, Inc. is seeking a Lowboy – Truck Driver in North Carolina to safely load, secure and transport construction equipment between sites. The role requires a valid Class A CDL, a current medical card, and several years of CMV experience.

You will perform pre/post-trip inspections, communicate with Dispatch, and work day or night shifts. This position offers comprehensive company benefits and the chance to contribute to multiple Vinci Construction USA affiliates.

Qualifications

• Requires valid Class A CDL and medical card.
• Minimum 3 years CMV/related driving experience.
• 3–5 years hauling heavy equipment preferred.
• Not entry level; prior Lowboy/truck driving experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure and transport construction equipment between sites.
• Perform pre/post-shift safety checks and inspections.
• Maintain safe driving practices and report vehicle issues to supervisor.
• Communicate with Dispatch and/or Supervisor regularly.
• Follow dispatched routes and meet delivery/pickup schedules.
• Work day or night shifts as required.
• Assist with incidental duties as needed.
