Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Driver Merchandiser to join our team on local routes in Okmulgee, OK. You will deliver and replenish beverages, manage displays, and rotate stock to company standards.

The role offers an hourly wage between $22.60 and $28.45 based on experience, with opportunities for performance-based incentives and comprehensive benefits. Work days are Monday through Friday, starting at 6:30am.

Qualifications

• Valid Class-A CDL with no interstate restrictions per FMCSA.
• Clean driving record.
• Physically capable to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the required tasks.
• Minimum 1 year of general work experience.
• Ability to pass a road test and DOT certification.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Check accuracy and stability of the load
• Deliver, merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards
• Communicate with other company employees, customers and shoppers
• Settle all accounts daily by invoicing and collecting payments
• Pick up company property and secure company assets
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Valid Class-A Commercial Drivers License issued by only one state or jurisdiction with NO INTERSTATE RESTRICTIONS, in accordance with FMCSA guidelines minimum age requirement is 21 years old
• Clean Driving Record
• Be physically qualified to drive a CMV in accordance with DOT Physical Qualifications and Examinations
• Able to successfully complete a drivers road test and certification or be able to provide an equivalent valid certificate in accordance with DOT regulations
• Must have the ability to repetitively lift, pull and push up to 50 pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach
• Minimum 1-year of general work experience
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Experience

• Local delivery experience preferred and/or 6-months of verifiable driving experience
• Driver applicants with a current Commercial Driver's License, but less than 6 months of experience will be required to complete a paid driver training program
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus
