Job Highlights:

• Be home daily with our Fresh Produce CDL B Box Truck Delivery Driver positions.
• Touch Freight will be required.
• Expected first-year earnings: $58,000 - $62,000 + paid benefits.

Job Summary

Drivers run daily routes with frequent stops, loading packages onto hand trucks and unloading at each stop as designated by the Transportation Department Manager. The role involves operating in a cross-dock model, picking up loaded trucks from nightly deliveries, and returning empties. Assistance with loading, palletizing, and other duties may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical, customer relations, and personnel aspects of major programs and projects.
• Run routes efficiently, meeting or exceeding time goals.
• Unload product using hand or cart, and place in designated areas, often in all weather conditions.
• Lift, push, or move products weighing 1-75 pounds, up to 100 pounds; reach up to 72” for stacking pallets; bend and twist during loading/unloading.
• Verify deliveries, obtain signatures, report discrepancies, and communicate errors/returns.
• Report any incomplete deliveries (shorts) and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Follow safety protocols, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT and company policies.

Qualifications

Education

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Experience

• At least one year of route delivery experience or relevant driving background.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License – Class B (Class A preferred).
• Ability to read and understand English.
