Job summary

US Foods is seeking a delivery driver at the Tuscaloosa, AL shuttle yard. You will safely drive to customers, unload products, verify deliveries, and handle related payments. You will engage in strong customer service and complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure reliability.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL Class A with required endorsements.
• Minimum six months commercial driving experience or three months in food/beverage delivery.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to read and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled delivery times.
• Unload products with two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place in customer storage areas.
• Verify delivery accuracy with customers and obtain signatures.
• Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable.
• Perform customer service responsibilities to enhance client experience.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
