Job summary

Vortex Companies, LLC is seeking CDL Technicians to operate CDL vehicles and support crews in sewer and storm water pipe inspections, cleaning, and repair tasks. This role requires physical labor, vehicle operation, and the ability to work with supervisors and crews in a fast-paced environment.

The position is full-time with standard hours, potential shifts, and a competitive hourly wage dependent on qualifications and location.

Qualifications

• Preferred 3-5 years of experience operating a Class A or B vehicle, preferably a Vac Truck.
• Tanker endorsement required or willing to obtain.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test, D.O.T. physical and meet background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manual labor tasks (lifting, carrying, dragging or pulling material, etc.)
• Equipment driving and operation.
• Entry into manhole and underground structures.
• Pump watch and operation.
