The role is physically demanding and outdoors, offering growth through on-site training and development. Responsibilities include operating vehicles, loading materials, digging near utilities, and ensuring site safety and organization.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required.
• Keen attention to safety.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic.
• Detail oriented and coachable, able to follow instructions.
• Able to tolerate hot and cold weather and various conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicles in a construction environment.
• Load or assist with loading materials or equipment.
• Utilize hand tools to dig near existing underground utilities.
• Prepare pre-trip equipment prior to mobilizing to job site.
• Assist in securing the work site, equipment, and materials at the end of each shift.
• Prepare documents, reports, or job aids related to work, equipment, and safety.
• Perform miscellaneous duties assigned.
