Qualifications

• Detail oriented and coachable, able to follow instructions.
• Able to tolerate hot and cold weather and various conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicles in a construction environment.
• Load or assist with loading materials or equipment.
• Utilize hand tools to dig near existing underground utilities.
• Prepare pre-trip equipment prior to mobilizing to job site.
• Assist in securing the work site, equipment, and materials at the end of each shift.
• Prepare documents, reports, or job aids related to work, equipment, and safety.
• Perform miscellaneous duties assigned.

CDL LABORER

We are looking to fill a CDL Laborer position in Henderson, CO. As a laborer, you are vital to project success by ensuring safety, efficiency, and progress on the job site. You’ll have the opportunity to work outdoors, collaborating with a team to safely complete underground utility construction projects. This role allows you to enjoy the fresh air, provides a chance to learn new skills, and builds valuable industry experience. This role can be physically demanding and requires work in various weather conditions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Operate vehicles in a construction environment
  • Load or assist with loading materials or equipment
  • Utilize hand tools to dig near existing underground utilities
  • Prepare pre-trip equipment prior to mobilizing to job site

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid driver's license
  • Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
  • Keen attention to safety

  • Coachable, willing to follow instructions
  • Tolerates a wide range of weather conditions, including hot and cold weather
  • The physical activity required for this role includes:
    • Standing or walking for long periods of time on uneven and variable terrain
    • Repeatedly lifting heavy loads (up to 50 lbs.),
    • Other repetitive movements, such as kneeling, crawling, climbing, and reaching
  • Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
