Job Description

About the Role:

The CDL Laborer plays a critical role in supporting construction projects by safely operating commercial vehicles and performing essential labor tasks on-site. This position ensures the timely and efficient transportation of materials, equipment, and personnel to and from construction locations across the United States. The CDL Laborer collaborates closely with site supervisors and team members to maintain a safe and organized work environment, contributing directly to project success. Attention to detail and adherence to safety regulations are paramount, as the role involves handling heavy machinery and navigating various terrains. Ultimately, the CDL Laborer helps drive construction operations forward by combining skilled driving with hands-on labor support.


Minimum Qualifications:


  • Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) that is appropriate for the vehicle class being operated.

  • Clean driving record with no recent violations or suspensions.

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

  • Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and safety inspection procedures.

  • Authorization to work in the United States.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Previous experience working in the construction industry or a related labor-intensive field.

  • Knowledge of construction site safety standards and OSHA regulations.

  • Experience operating heavy equipment or specialized construction vehicles.

  • Certification in first aid or CPR.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
