Job summary

New England Tractor Trailer Training School (NETTTS) is seeking CDL-A instructors to teach, mentor, and inspire the next generation of commercial drivers. You bring extensive on-road experience, and NETTTS will train you to become an instructor.

You’ll train in the classroom, training yard, and on the road, following DOT and NETTTS safety standards. We offer flexible hours, with evening and weekend shifts, home every night, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Meets all DOT driver qualifications.
• Positive, professional attitude and a passion for helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Train students in the classroom, training yard, and on the road (no freight or deliveries).
• Teach and model DOT and NETTTS safety standards and CDL-A test requirements.
• Provide guidance, support, and practical instruction to students of all experience levels.
