New England Tractor Trailer Training School (NETTTS) in Somers, CT seeks a part-time CDL Instructor to teach Saturdays and Sundays, 6:45 AM–5:30 PM. You will train students in the classroom, training yard and on the road, modeling DOT and NETTTS safety standards while guiding students toward CDL‑A success.

Requires a valid Class A CDL with at least 3 years of driving experience and meeting DOT qualifications.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Meet all DOT driver qualifications.
• Availability to work both Saturday and Sunday, 6:45 AM-5:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Train students in the classroom, training yard, and on the road.
• Teach and model DOT and NETTTS safety standards and CDL-A test requirements.
• Provide guidance, support, and practical instruction to students of all experience levels.
