Qualifications

• CDL instructor must be at least 25 years old
• Must have high school diploma or GED
• One year of vocational teaching in trucking or two years trucking experience

Responsibilities

• Teach CDL curriculum in classroom and behind‑the‑wheel sessions
• Lead range and on‑road instruction with students
• Assess student performance and provide feedback
• Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations and company curriculum
