Job summary

SAGE is seeking CDL Instructors to train the next generation of professional drivers. If you love the CDL life but want to teach others, this role offers an excellent opportunity with home nights and weekends.

No teaching experience required; your trucking experience and safety knowledge will be your biggest assets as you guide students through skills driving ranges and on-road maneuvers.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL License.
• Minimum two years trucking experience with instructional competency.
• Safe driving record and knowledge of safety regulations.
• Ability to demonstrate curriculum subject matter to students.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students on CDL curriculum and driving maneuvers.
• Assess student performance and provide guidance.
• Lead training sessions on the range and on public roads in 4–12 hour shifts.
