Job summary

SAGE, a leading national truck driver training school, seeks a driving instructor to train next-generation CDL drivers in Billings, MT. You will teach maneuvering, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements on range and on-road sessions.

Minimum two years trucking experience and a valid Class A CDL are required. A DOT-compliant teaching mindset and professional demeanor are essential to support student success and program standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with a safe driving record.
• Minimum two years of practical trucking experience.
• Ability to teach and mentor students on maneuvering and safe operation.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students on range and on-road driving maneuvers.
• Assess student performance and provide guidance for improvement.
• Deliver the SAGE curriculum and ensure DOT-compliant instruction.
