Job summary

Keolis is seeking a fleet maintenance assistant in Burnsville, MN. The role involves fueling vehicles, cleaning interiors, and ensuring safety equipment is stocked and functional. You will park vehicles per plan, document damages, and keep the work area compliant with OSHA and EPA standards.

You will assist maintenance staff and managers, work outdoors in all weather, and may be required to lift heavy loads and stand for long periods. A CDL or acquisition within 90 days is required or expected.

Qualifications

• CDL or able to obtain within 90 days
• Able to work without direct supervision
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Fuel vehicles and top up fluids to ready for service
• Clean vehicle interiors according to standards
• Verify emergency equipment stocked and functional
• Park vehicles per facility parking plan
• Document and communicate all fleet damages to the supervisor
• Keep fuel island clean and report spills
• Maintain work area per OSHA/EPA regulations
• Clean and mop shop area daily
• Dispose of trash daily
• Care for landscaping and lot as needed
• Post notices in vehicles as required by client
• Assist maintenance staff and manager as needed
