Job summary

Coastal Waste & Recycling in Miami, FL is seeking a CDL Driver to operate a Front Load truck on assigned routes, serving residential and commercial customers with professional service.

You will follow DOT regulations, perform inspections, and maintain a clean vehicle while contributing to a safety-focused team environment and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and equipment.
• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Front Load on assigned routes.
• Service residential, commercial, industrial, or municipal customers.
• Collect, transport, deliver, or dispose of materials per procedures.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Report safety issues, accidents, or delays promptly.
• Communicate with dispatch and operations throughout the day.
• Use onboard tech to complete route documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle.
• Support teammates and help with other tasks as directed by management.
• Follow DOT regulations and wear PPE at all times.
