The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and customer service; you’ll perform pre/post-trip inspections, comply with DOT regulations, operate onboard tech, and assist teammates as needed, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and equipment.
• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Willingness to work overtime and varying schedules.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate an Automated Side Loader Truck on assigned routes.
• Service residential, commercial, industrial, or municipal customers.
• Collect, transport, deliver, or dispose of materials following procedures.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Report safety issues, accidents, or delays promptly.
• Communicate with dispatch and operations throughout the day.
• Use onboard tech to complete route documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, professional vehicle.
• Help teammates with other tasks as needed.
• Follow DOT regulations and wear PPE.
