XKIG is seeking a Foreperson to coordinate crews, equipment, and materials to complete vegetation management jobs per contract specifications. The role requires directing daily tasks, ensuring safety, and maintaining accurate records while working outdoors in varied conditions.

The position offers full-time hours with health benefits and a 401(k) option. A valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks are required; training in first aid and CPR is expected or required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain first-aid certification and CPR.
• Must have and maintain a Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crew members, equipment, and supplies to complete jobs per contract specs.
• Direct and supervise daily work tasks and ensure safety practices are followed.
• Plan, assign, and oversee tasks to maximize efficiency and quality.
• Notify and obtain access/permits from property owners as needed and discuss work details with customers.
