Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after orders from a General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew on new or revised tasks.
• Enforces safe work practices per company policy and OSHA requirements; delivers safety training.
• Communicates with property owners about access, work scope, and responsibilities.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and reports related to crew performance and costs.
• Furnishes reports to Foreperson and utility reps on orders, work completed, and incidents.
