Job summary

Roehl Transport in Marshfield, WI is seeking a Fleet Training Manager to support newly licensed CDL drivers through Phase 2 and 3 of our Get Your CDL program. You will coach, validate training, and mentor drivers to operate independently with safety and efficiency.

You’ll work with drivers, the customer service team, and TeamRoehl to cultivate productive freight, on-time deliveries, accident-free operations, and a strong work/life balance while upholding Roehl’s safety and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Verify Phase 2 training modules are followed and the driver applies training on the job.
• Mentor drivers in Phase 3 to ensure they plan trips, manage hours of service, and operate equipment safely.
• Ensure drivers synthesize learning and promote to the mainstream fleet.
