Keolis North America Inc. is seeking a Fixed Route Driver for Reno, NV. This full-time role requires a NV CDL with Passenger and Air Brakes endorsements (or CDL permit) and a clean driving record.

Salary is $29.73 per hour with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities include safe operation, ADA compliance, fare collection, passenger assistance, and accurate trip inspections.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Must be minimum 21 years old.
• NV Class B or A CDL with Passenger and Air Brakes endorsements or CDL Permit before start.
• Clean DMV driving record for last 10 years.
• Stable work history.
• Must work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Enjoy interacting with the general public and riders.
• Ensure safe on-road operations and maintain on-time performance.
• Familiar with assigned routing and detours.
• Aware of ADA policies and procedures.
• Operate wheelchair lifts on each model bus correctly.
• Collect fares and report non-payment or fare evasion to dispatch.
• Provide information and assistance to passengers.
• Communicate effectively during service disruptions.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and log defects in ZONAR.
• Follow exact deadhead routing and revenue-service routes.
