Job summary

Keolis America, Inc. is hiring for a full-time driver role at our Tempe or Mesa locations. Candidates must hold an Arizona CDL with passenger endorsement (or permit) and meet age and background requirements.

A $2,250 sign-on bonus is offered for CDL or permit holders with passenger & air brakes endorsements. Training begins soon and day-one benefits are provided. The position emphasizes customer service, safety, and on-time operations, with responsibilities including assisting passengers,

Qualifications

Must be minimum 21 years of age.
3 years verifiable valid Driver's license.
A Valid Arizona Class A or Class B CDL or CDL Permit with Passenger 'P' Endorsement (REQUIRED) with Passenger Endorsement (STRONGLY PREFERRED).
Must have clean driving record for the last 7 years.
Must be able to pass a 10-year criminal background check.
Must have stable work history.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include split shifts, late nights, weekends, and holidays (Only Full-time positions available).
Experience working with the public.
Must be able to work at either our Tempe or Mesa locations.

Responsibilities

Ensure customers feel welcome.
Effectively communicate with passengers especially in the event of service disruptions.
Provide passengers with assistance as needed.
Accommodate passengers with information such as schedule, guidance, etc.
