Job summary

KOCH FOODS is seeking a Class A CDL truck driver in Mississippi to deliver feed between mills and growers. You will perform pre-trip inspections, follow fueling procedures, and stay in touch with dispatchers during the shift.

Qualifications

• Requires Class A CDL and a clean driving record.
• Communicates regularly with dispatchers to coordinate loads.
• Ability to perform pre-trip inspections and comply with safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver feed between feed mills, growers and other required destinations.
• Perform pre-trip inspections to ensure the safety of your loads.
• Comply with established Company fueling procedures.
• Communicate with dispatchers on a regular basis.
• Comply with DOT, company, biosecurity, FSMA, local, state and federal laws, policies, practices and procedures.
• All other relevant duties to the job.

Requirements

• Class A Commercial Driver's License required.
• 1+ year(s) verifiable commercial driving experience required.
• Clean motor vehicle driving record required.

Physical Requirements

• Sit and drive for up to 10 hours.
• Regularly climb in and out of truck cab throughout shift.
• Work in outside environment (including inclement weather) on a daily basis.
• Occasionally lift 50+ lbs.
• Work around raw, live animal odors.
