Koch Foods Inc. is seeking a production supervisor to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced facility. You will coach employees, promote safety, and ensure smooth scheduling of daily production.

The role requires strong communication, team leadership, and an understanding of food safety standards. This position is based in Alabama and offers comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Bachelor degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient technology, computer, mathematical and analytical skills.
• General knowledge of plant operations, food safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, GMPs and HACCP.
• Sound work ethic, honesty and moral character.

Physical Requirements

• Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
• Exposure to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving production lines.
• Exposure to damp, wet, and cold environments.
• Work around live and/or raw animal odors.
