Qualifications

Responsibilities

• This position is primarily in-office, with CDL bus-driving duties when needed.
• Mobile Office buses respond to natural disasters and special events statewide.
• Greet clients professionally in OKDHS retail spaces and on the bus.
• Assess client needs and determine eligibility for Adult/Family Services, including SNAP.
• Interview clients in office or by phone.
• Compile data and documentation to determine program eligibility for social services.
• Make program referrals to community resources.
• Participate in individual and staff conferences and mandatory trainings.
