Job Summary

The Driver/Equipment Operator is a key team member serving our customers. This year-round position handles tree spade operations and other key activities, completing a variety of interesting jobs each week. Equipment training is provided.

In this position, the Driver/Equipment Operator utilizes skills and specialized training with our trucks and equipment. Interfacing with various other positions in the organization, the role offers opportunities for learning and growth in the green industry.

Compensation: $24-$30/hr depending on experience.

What a Day Looks Like:

Utilize skills and specialized training with our trucks and equipment. Collaborate with various team members, gaining experience and growth in the green industry.

Skills and Responsibilities:

• Ability to operate various types of equipment and enjoy outdoor work
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of driving experience with a clean record
• CDL license
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills to meet client needs
