Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL with a proven record of safe driving.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
• Excellent vision, hand-eye coordination, and physical fitness for driving and maintenance tasks.
• Effective communication with dispatchers, coworkers, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a dump truck to transport materials within the quarry and to designated locations.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
• Plan routes, follow delivery schedules, and communicate with dispatch and team members.
• Maneuver trucks for loading/unloading, verify delivery instructions and accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Report vehicle defects, accidents, or violations promptly.
• Keep truck clean and maintained, perform minor repairs as needed.
• Represent SRM with professionalism and a service-focused attitude.
