Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
• Valid driver's license required and prompt attendance.
• Able to follow instructions and carry out duties unsupervised.
• Work proficiently with tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate dump trucks and other heavy equipment safely.
• Provide labor support to crews when not operating equipment.
• Perform basic maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Mentor and train other operators as needed.
• Lead a crew in the absence of the direct supervisor.
