Consolidated Resource, LLC is seeking a qualified Dump Truck Operator or CDL driver to support a wide range of duties in daily operations. Responsibilities vary by project, location, and experience, evaluated at hire.

The role requires safety, reliability, and the ability to work with various equipment, with expectations of lifting up to 50 pounds and operating heavy equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
• Must be punctual, regularly on-time for shifts.
• Follow instructions and work unsupervised when required.
• Operate tools and equipment proficiently in field tasks.
• Able to work well with others and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Work safely in potentially hazardous environments.
• Operate high pressure power washing equipment.
• Provide labor support when primary task is equipment operation.
• Lift/carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
• Use hand and power tools proficiently.
• Perform general construction and excavation tasks.
• Operate heavy equipment as assigned (e.g., CDL-related roles).
• Inspect equipment and participate in daily safety tasks.
