Qualifications

• Valid CDL with proper endorsements (e.g., air brakes)
• Current Medical Examiner's Certificate
• Safe driving history verified by motor vehicle record
• Ability to climb into elevated cab and lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather with early starts

Responsibilities

• Inspect Vehicles: perform pre-trip and post-trip safety checks on tires, fluids, brakes, and lights
• Transport Materials: haul sand, gravel, dirt, and asphalt between suppliers, quarries, and construction zones
• Operate Controls: use levers and hydraulic cranks to tilt the truck bed and dump loads accurately
• Maintain Compliance: keep delivery logs, mileage records, and hours-of-service docs per DOT regs
• Follow Safety Rules: wear PPE and navigate busy worksites safely
