Job summary

CRH Texas Materials is seeking a Truck Driver to operate trucks for transporting dirt, aggregate, asphalt, and other materials to job sites. The role includes yard work, stockpiling, and ensuring safety and DOT compliance.

Responsibilities include pre/post trip inspections, maintaining logs, coordinating with dispatch, and keeping equipment in good condition. Requires CDL B, HS diploma/GED, and willingness to travel and work nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL B license required.
• Two years of driving experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate truck safely on highways, yards, and job sites to deliver materials.
• Perform daily pre/post trip inspections with DOT-compliant paperwork.
• Maintain logs of truck hours and deliveries for billing.
• Communicate with crew and dispatch to relay information and ensure truck accountability.
• Follow safety procedures, report issues, and keep vehicle clean and in good condition.
